You will be fined for having a bald wheel, who will take charge in a Pump hose crack then?

If you ever send your car with bald wheel to Puspakom, or during a JPJ operation, the car will not get certify for ownership transfer until you rectify this.

2 weeks ago, I was at a Shell station in Kota Damansara, and saw this fuel pump hose cracking badly.  Now, the question is, who will take charge to ensure the safety of the public.  This is complete negligence by the owner of the petrol kiosk and Shell.  Bring in the audit team and they should verify all station before people jump for the fire extinguisher.

I wrote to Shell, with a reply that they will inform the station owner.  That's it, no more followup!
